Mounting Frame: No.20 ga. (.032") galvanized steel. Four slots are positioned 90 apart to simplify alignment of luminaires.
Mounting Bars: 20ga. galvanized steel. Lockable on frame-in kit. Extend from 14" (356mm) to 25" (635mm). Pre-installed integral nails for secure attachment to wood joists. Attaches to T-bar ceilings without the need of accessories.
Socket: Porcelain body; Two-pin (GX5.3 base). Pre-wired with 18 ga.
Socket Cup: .022" galvanized steel. Easy snap-on to housing.
Junction Box: 4" (102mm) x 3" (76mm) x 2" (51mm) 18 ga. galvanized steel.
Potted Transformer: 50VA Magnetic, 120 volts primary, nominal 12 volt secondary, class "H". Can be removed easily . Fully encapsulated in epoxy resin inside aluminum casing.
Thermal Protector: Meets CSA/UL requirements. Insulation, if used, must be kept 3" (76mm) away from mounting frame sides and junction box.
