Shipping costs for orders made on our website are based on the shipping method chosen, the weight and size of the package, and the destination of the order. Total shipping cost can be calculated in the first page of your cart using your zip code prior to placing the order, and will be computed automatically during the checkout process.
If a situation arises where we are unable to ship your order complete, partial shipment of in-stock items is available upon request. Partial shipments are subject to additional shipping fees. Please contact us for further information regarding partial shipment of your order.
After placement of your order through our website, it will be ready to ship out complete within 1-3 business days. The timelines provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If an item from your order is out of stock and placed on back-order, we will contact you via e-mail or phone with a status update.
Delivery times consist of the processing time required to pick, pack, and ship your order, and the estimated carrier's transit time. Ground delivery ranges from 1-6 business days.
